Cold pressed oils
Compared to various procedures for producing ethereal oils, cold pressed oils are obtained simply by mechanical cold pressing of parts (most frequently seed) of a plant. This procedure is conducted without introduction of high temperatures or any solvents, and without any stabilizers or additives. There is a remarkable diversity of cold pressed oils everywhere around the world, where they are produced from any characteristic sort of oily plants. Cold pressed oils are produced in smaller quantities than oils derived in the process of extraction.
